Secretcrush provides AI-generated companions. Every character on Secretcrush is a fictional AI persona and not a real person. Nothing you read on Secretcrush should be interpreted as advice from a real human.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Secretcrush login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Secretcrush to violate any law, harass others, generate content involving minors, distribute malware or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

6. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of the messages you send on Secretcrush. By submitting content, you grant Secretcrush a non-exclusive license to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the service.

7. AI Output

AI-generated messages on Secretcrush are provided as-is. Secretcrush does not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid Secretcrush plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancelling stops the next renewal on Secretcrush but does not refund the current period unless specifically stated.

10. Termination

Secretcrush may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or of applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All Secretcrush branding, artwork, character designs, prompts and code are the property of Secretcrush and protected by international copyright laws.

12. Trademarks

Secretcrush and the Secretcrush logo are trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

13. Third-Party Links

Secretcrush may link to third-party sites. Secretcrush is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
